This policy explains what Haul (by 3eeez Digital) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the product.
01What we collect
- Account & purchase info — when you buy through Whop, we receive your email and a purchase confirmation so we can give you access. Payment card details are handled by Whop, not by us.
- The data you enter — item names, costs, prices, categories, conditions, notes, and buyer details you choose to record. This is your reselling data and it's used to calculate your profit, ROI, and listings.
- Basic usage data — standard, mostly anonymous information (such as device type and pages used) that helps us keep the product working and improve it.
02How we use it
We use your information to provide the core features — tracking, profit and ROI calculations, AI-written listings, and data export — to give you access after purchase, to provide support, and to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.
03AI listing generation
When you generate a listing, the item details you entered (such as title, category, and condition) are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the text. We send only what's needed to write the listing, and we don't include payment information. The provider processes this to return your listing copy.
04Who we share with
We share data only with the service providers that make Haul work:
- Whop — payment processing and access management.
- Our AI provider — to generate listing text, as described above.
- Hosting & infrastructure — to run the app and store your data securely.
- Google Analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement of how visitors use our website (no advertising data sharing).
We may also disclose information if required by law. We don't sell or rent your data to advertisers.
05Cookies & analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — things like pages viewed, device type, and approximate (city-level) location. GA4 sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and processes this data on Google's infrastructure. We use it only for aggregate measurement, not to build advertising profiles, and we don't enable Google's advertising or data-sharing features. Inside the app, we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the product functioning.
You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
06Your rights & choices
- Export — pull all of your data to CSV at any time, from inside the app.
- Access & correction — you control the data you enter and can edit or delete items directly.
- Deletion — email us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. We honor valid requests in line with applicable law.
07Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
08Children
Haul is intended for adults running a reselling activity and is not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
