These Terms govern your use of Haul, a reseller tool provided by 3eeez Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using Haul, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
01What you're buying
Haul is a browser-based tool that helps you track resale inventory, calculate profit and ROI, and generate marketplace listings with AI. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use Haul for your own reselling activity.
"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate Haul. We intend to run it indefinitely, but we don't promise the service will exist forever.
02Payment & refunds
Haul is sold as a one-time payment through our payment provider, Whop. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Haul, or share your account with others.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source of the product.
- Use Haul for anything unlawful, or to list stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its AI features.
04AI listing features
Haul uses a third-party AI provider to generate listing titles and descriptions from the details you enter. AI output can be inaccurate or imperfect — you are responsible for reviewing every listing before you post it. Generation is subject to a fair-use daily limit (currently 25 per day, with optional bonus credits), which we may adjust to keep the service sustainable.
05Your data & content
The inventory details, prices, and notes you enter belong to you. You can export your data to CSV at any time. Haul does not host product photos — you add images directly on the marketplace when you post. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
06No warranty
Haul is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific financial results, marketplace performance, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Profit and ROI figures are calculated from the data you enter and are for your own reference, not financial or tax advice.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3eeez Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of Haul. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
08Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Haul after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, where 3eeez Digital is registered and based. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Haul.
